MDM Engineer/Developer

Design and develop enterprise MDM solutions for Customer/Party master data

Configure data models, hierarchies, match-merge, survivorship, and golden records

Build batch and real-time data integrations into the MDM platform

Develop APIs and integrations with upstream and downstream systems

Implement data quality rules, validation checks, and governance workflows

Work with ETL/ELT tools to load and synchronize data across systems

Support data stewardship, issue resolution, and data remediation activities

Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production support for MDM components

Troubleshoot data, integration, and performance issues

Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and system owners

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Informatica, IBM MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio, or Semarchy)

Strong knowledge of golden record, match-merge, survivorship, and data modelling

Proficiency in SQL and relational databases

Experience with ETL tools and API integrations (REST/SOAP, Kafka/MQ)

Experience in banking/financial services is an advantage

Experience: Minimum 3 years in MDM or data engineering.
