To assist ME Manager in leading the ME group towards achieving the departmental ME objectives and maintain a high-caliber staff appropriate to business circumstances.
Develop, motivate and challenge all team members to perform to their full potential, providing direct and timely feedback in formal and informal media.
Monitor and evaluate the level of involvement and success of the manufacturing Engineering activities and their impact on the continuous improvement of process yields and efficiencies.
Provide the appropriate level of feedback, support and coaching. Provide support to the Business Managers and maintain an active role in functions involving Jabil's customers. Monitor the product First Pass Yield as seen by the customer and ensure that appropriate preventive measures are taken and continuously improved.
Evaluate and schedule appropriate training programs and/or seminar for the ME Engineers, Equipment Engineers & AE.
To assist the ME Manager in leading ME groups in improving plant wide realization through process and equipment optimizations.
To plan and lead continuous improvement projects leading to improvement in plant wide realization.
Actively drive and initiate Lean Improvement project related to System and Processes. ME EQUIPMENT
Troubleshoot the root cause & apply precise corrective action to the issue.
