Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Photonic Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling at auto aligner and troubleshooting in daily shiftily basis . This role requires a strong understanding of photonics, precision assembly techniques using fiContec machine , and the ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly and Testing:
- Assemble photonic components and systems according to detailed specifications and diagrams.
- Perform precision alignment of optical components using fiContec 6 axis aligner .
Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Diagnose and resolve issues with photonic devices and manufacturing equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of photonic manufacturing equipment.
Quality Control:
- Document and report any defects or discrepancies.
Cleanroom Compliance:
- Adhere to cleanroom protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate Diploma or higher in Photonics, Optics, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in photonic or optical device manufacturing.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in using optical alignment tools and equipment.- fiConTec ( 6 axis aligner )
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
