Key Responsibilities:
1) Troubleshooting & Repair
- Diagnose and address issues with heavy and light machinery (e.g., Cranes, Dump Trucks, Excavator, Road Roller, Concrete Pump and other machinery.
- Perform repairs on engines and machine components.
- Preventive Maintenance:
- Conduct scheduled maintenance services and identify potential machine issues.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance equipment performance and longevity.
2) Reporting & Documentation
- Produce detailed daily service reports documenting work performed and issues resolved.
3) Tool Management
- Ensure that all working tools and equipment are maintained in a clean, organized, and serviceable condition.
4) Additional Duties
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Professional Certificate in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working withheavy machinery.
- Proven expertise in repairing trucks, cranes, dump trucks, diesel engines, and hydraulic systems.
- Must possess a valid driving license OR GDL license.
