Your new role
Project Involvement & Coordination
- Participate in all project stages: concept design, technical documentation, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Lead specific project deliverables and coordinate with project managers on scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, QS, architects, and local authorities.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality, specification compliance, and safety requirements.
Mechanical Engineering Scope (Industrial/Infrastructure/High-rise)
- Assist in designing M&E systems including HVAC, process utilities, control systems, and architectural systems.
- Ensure engineering calculations and design concepts comply with standards, codes, and client specifications.
- Prepare tender drawings, specifications, technical clarifications, and reports.
- Provide technical support during design coordination and site meetings.
Electrical Engineering Scope (Industrial/Infrastructure/High-rise)
- Design and review electrical systems: power distribution (HV/LV), lighting, grounding, ELV systems, fire alarms, CCTV, lightning protection, wiring, and DB layouts.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and respond to RFIs.
- Perform QA/QC checks and ensure compliance with MS IEC, ST requirements, and CIDB guidelines.
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical installations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial construction, highrise projects, or manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, experience with Revit and ETAP is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, M&E systems, LV/ELV systems, and site installation methods.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet KPIs and deadlines.
- Willing to travel for project assignments.
- Additional advantage: ST Chargeman/Wireman license.
