Review engineering designs and drawings, ensuring project quality, cost, schedule, and safety requirements are met.
Manage the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant facilities, including HVAC, dehumidification, CDA, vacuum, power, and electrical systems.
Monitor facility energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Oversee facility operations, maintenance, technical upgrades, and small-scale engineering projects.
Supervise and develop facility technicians; prepare SOPs, MOPs, system manuals, and technical training materials.
Ensure compliance with company EHS policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Requirements
Diploma/Associate Degree or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of industrial plant engineering, facilities, construction, or O&M experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, power, electrical, water supply & drainage, and process piping systems.
Experience in industrial plant planning, design, construction, and project management.
Proficient in AutoCAD/CAD and Microsoft Office.
Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and technical problem-solving skills.
