Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering or related engineering discipline.
Knowledge of plastic materials and tooling processes is preferred.
Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, PTC Creo (Pro/E), CATIA, Siemens NX (Unigraphics), or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
Able to work in Senai, Johor.
Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and realize mechanical components and assemblies for assigned product development projects in accordance with customer requirements, project specifications, and timelines.
Ensure project development objectives are achieved in terms of cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Define and establish specifications, dimensions, and tolerances for mechanical parts and assemblies.
Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, technical documentation, and design records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, tooling, quality, and project management, to resolve design-related issues and ensure successful project execution.
Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and engineering evaluations to support product development activities.
