Job Responsibilities
- Follow instructions from Team Lead, supervisor and engineer.
- To ensure that design verifications and design validations are carried out to confirm the design with the assistance of relevant system/subsystem engineers.
- Ensure timely completion of team's deliverables for each work package, Project Milestones and tender proposals, within budget using both technical engineering and administrative skills.
- Architect solutions together with specialist for each project.
- Facilitate to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
- Technical and program-level support and guidance to the team, including execution strategies, will be provided.
- Necessary technical skills required in upcoming projects and opportunities will be provided. We will provide structured training and ensure team is sufficiently trained in time to breach this competency gap.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing/precision engineering environment.
- Experience in electrical assembly.
- Able to understand basic electrical drawing, schematic & GD&T.
- Demonstrate Leadership capabilities and possess excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills (both written and verbal), as the successful candidate will facilitate the link between Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain.
- Involvement in Continual Improvement initiatives (e.g. 5S, Lean, Kaizen).
