Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer, based in Kuching. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing mechanical systems, producing technical drawings using BIM and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, managing projects from inception to completion, and contributing to technical development initiatives. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and Machine Design
- Expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and technical drawing production
- Experience in Project Management and coordination
- Skills in Research and Development (R&D) to innovate and improve processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering consultancy is a must
