Mechanical Fitter

Job Description

1. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of processing and packaging machinery.
2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth machine operations and minimize downtime.
3. Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out necessary repairs on production equipment such as fluting and grinding machine
4. Conduct routine inspections to ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely.
5. Replace faulty components and perform adjustments to maintain optimal machine performance.
6. To ensure the Safety Rules are followed whenever carrying out on job
7. To submit report in the Work Order (FM- ENG-001) after job completion
8. To carry out any relevant task as required by the company
9. To exercise HACCP and GMP procedures.

Requirements

1. SKM / Diploma Mechanical Engineering and other relevant
2. Minimum 3 years experience in relevant industries
3. Able to do machine maintenance, welding and cutting works
4. Good communication skill, both oral and written
5. Malay, male, below 35 years old.
