Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Ensure the availability and functioning of production machines, automatic lines, and tools.
  • In charge of production machines and equipment's availability, managing curative maintenance.
  • Perform mechanical settings and adjustments of all equipment.
  • Perform mechanical diagnostics of all equipment to plan predictive maintenances.
  • Follow LEM Group Maintenance process and the associated rules.
  • Coordinate his/her work plan in accordance with the production plan.
  • Execute failure root cause analysis and action plan follow-up.
  • Establish, improve and follow-up the preventive maintenance plan.
  • Record, manage and follow-up all the production machines and tools with the Computerize Maintenance Management System (CMMS): validation, improvement, obsolescence, and scrap. Record all actions and daily tasks.
  • Manage the warehouse spare parts for machines and find local suppliers to reduce lead-time and cost of the parts.
  • Emergency plan follow-up.
  • Create and improve the maintenance task sheets.
  • Manage the documentation, data, software, programs of the production machines.
  • Participate in projects for transfer of production lines to ensure the smooth equipment ramp-up.
  • Work in collaboration with other LEM sites.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering discipline.
  • Strong knowledge in Mechanics and analysis.
  • Knowledge in Automation, PLC, Industrial IS management and programming.
  • Knowledge in Software languages, CVI, LabVIEW, Test Stand, C, Python, Beckhoff
  • Knowledge of the main electrical devices (switches, breakers, transformers, motors, etc.) would be a plus.
  • Basic knowledge on test system architecture for measurement of general parameters: supply current and voltage would be a plus.
  • Over 5 years practical experience as Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in companies with high mix/low volumes lines and low mix/high volume lines.
  • Ability to read fluently mechanical drawings.
  • Experience in Automatic Optical Inspection programing & adjustment
  • Experience in Automotive environment or relevant.
  • Competent, autonomous, dynamic & agile, hands on, organized, team worker.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Team worker with excellent communication skills
