CONSTRUCTION DIVISION
- Plan and execute mechanical works across all stages of the project.
- Coordinate mechanical works to meet design specifications, performance standards and data center requirements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and subcontractors on technical and commercial matters related to mechanical trades.
- Ensure proper integration of mechanical works with C&S, architectural and electrical trades.
- Lead testing and commissioning of mechanical systems and ensure readiness for handover.
- Identify and mitigate mechanical-related project risks to maintain safety, quality and project timeline.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of mechanical design experience with M&E consultancy and/ or contractor.
- Data Center construction project experience is a Plus.
- Excellent technical knowledge in HVAC, Fire Protection, BMS, Plumbing and mechanical services.
- Strong coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English language.
