Position Summary
The Media & Insights Manager plays a key role within the Business Insights & Data Management function, driving data-informed decision-making across Vinda's marketing ecosystem. The role is responsible for managing media investments, monitoring digital performance, and translating audience and campaign data into actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness and accelerate brand growth.
Partnering closely with Marketing, Digital, and E-commerce teams, the incumbent will identify opportunities, optimize media performance, and provide strategic recommendations based on campaign and consumer insights. The role also includes hands-on management of day-to-day media operations, performance tracking, and reporting to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

You will play an important role to:
Media Planning & Insights
- Oversee and manage media planning, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and others.
- Drive data-driven insights through social listening and CDP (Insider) to refine marketing strategies.
- Ensure proper implementation and utilization of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance and user behavior.
- Work closely with E-commerce teams to enhance performance marketing strategies and identify market trends and opportunities.
- Monitor viewability and ad effectiveness using IAS (Integral Ad Science) and other tracking tools.
- Maintain ownership and governance of Vinda's digital assets, including websites, social media pages, and other online platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize media investments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align media strategies with business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Media or Engineering, Data Analytics.
- Min. 8 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or consumer insights, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven track record of driving digital performance and optimizing media investments.
- Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and working with marketing technology platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
