You'll be our Senior Media Buyer who transforms ad spend into scalable, profitable growth. Beyond daily optimizations, you'll architect full-funnel strategies and keep our playbooks on the cutting edge with AI-driven workflows. Role Objectives:

  • Plan & Launch Winning Ads: Turn client goals into clear channel plans across Meta, Google/YouTube, and test platforms, aiming for 3 ROAS on cold traffic and 5 on warm.
  • Control Costs While Scaling: Keep customer-acquisition cost at or below 90 % of breakeven while growing spend and revenue.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Check key metrics daily, pause weak ads, boost strong ones, and keep live ROAS/CAC dashboards up to date.
  • Creative Insight Loop: Share simple, data-backed notes with the design team twice a week so they produce ads that match what's working.
  • AI Workflow Champion: Use AI and automation to handle routine tasks, document the workflows, and free the team to focus on strategy.
  • Build Partnerships & People: Nurture relationships with platform reps for early betas, coach teammates and clients, lead weekly optimization huddles, and refine SOPs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years managing US$50k+ per month or higher ad spend with solid ROAS results.
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads (CAPI, Advantage+) and Google Ads/PMAX; understand attribution basics.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, regex, query) and a knack for turning data into action.
  • Sharp creative judgmentcan quickly explain why an ad hook will work or miss.
  • Daily user of AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for copy, analysis, and reporting.
  • Clear, direct communicator who guides clients and teammates.
  • Ownership mindset: focus on facts, fix problems fast.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with B2B high-ticket, info-product, or coaching funnels.
  • Looker Studio or basic SQL.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, and no-code automations (e.g., n8n).
