Role Overview:
We are seeking a Media Operations Specialist with a full-funnel planning mindset, sharp data insights, and excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills. You will be responsible for leading the content ecosystem development for core media platforms such as Huawei AppGallery and Huawei Watch Face Store. By formulating precise content strategies, coordinating creative asset production, and utilizing data-driven decisions, you will aim to achieve dual growth in user engagement and commercial monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Operations
- Plan and execute content strategies (monthly/quarterly) based on market trends and user insights.
- Identify trending topics and manage daily posts, festive campaigns, and major marketing initiatives.
- Maintain the content calendar, ensure timely publishing, and handle basic content compliance checks.
Design & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with designers to align visuals with content goals and target audiences.
- Manage design requests and maintain a shared asset library to improve efficiency and reuse.
- Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Growth teams to maximize content exposure across channels.
Data & Performance Optimization
- Track content performance (views, CTR, engagement, conversions, etc.).
- Analyze results and provide actionable insights to improve content effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in content operations, digital marketing, or app operations.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Experience working with design teams or managing projects is a plus.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a good understanding of brand tone and content planning.
- Solid data analysis skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Good aesthetic sense and the ability to provide practical input on visual and design output.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work efficiently under pressure.
