Job Description

Summary:

To expose to research, planning, idealization, construct, and maintain campaigns across media channels. Interns will get the chance to learn variety of clients with brands / client's objectives and success metrics that assure interns to understand the job responsibilities in media planning industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Expose to software on media planning and tracking.

Learning on reporting using Microsoft Excel and Power point, on recording and organize proposals from sales reps and build out media plans on media channel.

Assisting the team in the preparation of budgets and estimation for proposed media and communication plans.

Ensuring approved planned media are placed and consistent.

Identifying target audiences and analyzing their characteristics, behavior, and media habits.

Expose to communication with media owners, newspapers, magazines, and websites owners.

Undertaking research and analyzing data using specialist industry resources.

Maintaining records and preparing periodic reports as may be required on assigned accounts.

Any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mass communication or any related field.

Must have interest to gain experience in Media agency.

Capable on Communication and Presentation skills.

Capable to be multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiency, and able to work under pressure under a fast-paced environment.

Candidate must be able to communicate at least in English.
