Summary

We're looking for a Media Planning Manager who's ready to take the lead — someone who not only understands the mechanics of media planning but is excited to push boundaries, drive campaigns, and build strong client relationships along the way.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be the key driver behind media plans and budget strategy — making sure every plan aligns with the client's business goals and delivers results.
  • Collaborate closely with both clients and internal specialist teams to craft innovative, integrated solutions.
  • Be hands-on with campaign briefing, optimization, and strategic recommendations — making sure each touchpoint is purposeful.
  • Champion innovation in media — don't just meet expectations, push creative boundaries and bring bold ideas to the table.
  • Own the quality of work that goes out the door — you'll be the last pair of eyes before it reaches the client.
  • Keep campaigns aligned with client strategy while constantly looking for ways to improve performance.
  • Present your work with confidence and clarity — whether it's internal teams, clients, or agency partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners and partners, staying up to date on what's new and what's next.

Leadership & Growth

  • Lead and inspire a team — giving clear direction, coaching, and support.
  • Act as the right hand to the Associate Director, taking charge of day-to-day operations across key accounts.
  • Be a strong team player, but also someone who can run with things independently when needed.
  • Spot opportunities for growth — from incremental budgets to new ways to drive client value.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and successful financial reconciliation of campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of managerial experience working agency-side in an international or local media agency role, with an understanding of Media Markets
  • Must have strong digital knowledge, both across planning and activation
  • Strong Excel skills and experience writing media plans
  • Able to produce strong insights
  • Able to present to senior-level clients and also peers
  • Able to work under pressure and multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communicator
