About the Role

We are strengthening our commercial team and seeking a results-driven Media Sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand agency partnerships. This is a commercially focused role with strong ownership in revenue generation and client development within the influencer marketing space. This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mindset someone hungry for results, confident in closing deals, and motivated by performance. Additionally this position plays a key role in accelerating business expansion and supporting overall commercial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within media agencies and brands
  • Build and maintain strong agency relationships
  • Present and sell influencer marketing solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Develop customized campaign proposals (strategy, budget, influencer recommendations)
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed campaigns
  • Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline
  • Achieve agreed revenue targets
  • Collaborate closely with internal Strategy and Campaign teams to ensure seamless execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience may be considered.

Required Skills

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a business development or sales role within the media industry, with a proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the influencer marketing and/or media industry, including trends, best practices, and key players in the market.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, including understanding their needs and providing creative solutions that meet those needs.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and forecasting revenue, with a data-driven approach to measuring and analyzing sales performance.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and account management teams, to develop and execute client solutions.
