Job Responsibilities:
Process all Life and/or A&H/Major claims requests received as per stipulated requirements
Evaluate and gather all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaire and to review all status and ensure efficient adjustment in claim system.
Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements
Job Requirements:
Open to Fresh Graduate, experienced Medical Claims Assessor, experienced candidate from Lab / Nursing.
Education: Preferably Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, and Medical Science, Social Science, Business Management or equivalent
Language: Spoken and written in Chinese and English, with strong written skills.
Self-motivated and customer orientated.
Time management skills.
Computer literate in MS Office.
Good commitment at work, good attitude, willing to learn
