Job Description
- Guide, mentor and develop a team of scientific writers and content specialists.
- Develop, review and oversee a broad range of medical and scientific communication materials.
- Create compelling scientific narratives and healthcare communication strategies tailored to business goals
- Work cross functionally to tackle briefs and transform them into high-quality scientific deliverables.
- Proposal development and contribute scientific expertise during business pitches and presentations.
- Ensure scientific accuracy, quality standards and timely project delivery.
- Act as a scientific partner to both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of developments across therapy areas and healthcare trends to maintain content relevance and scientific integrity.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Medicine or a related scientific discipline.
- Proven experience in medical writing, scientific communications, medical affairs or healthcare communications.
- Demonstrated team management or people management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, engaging content.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical communications stakeholders.
