Medical Laboratory Technologist

Your new role
- Responsible for planning and daily operations of the medical laboratory
- Perform various medical testing procedures (e.g., haematology, biochemistry, immunology, urinalysis), primarily using flow cytometry
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments (including flow cytometers, haematology analysers, centrifuges, microscopes, etc.)
- Conduct quality control (QC), instrument calibration, and maintain related records
- Draft and review laboratory test reports
- Collect and process various specimens (e.g., blood, urine, etc.)
- Manage the blood collection appointment system and communicate with clients regarding testing matters
- Assist with tasks assigned by supervisors and handle related administrative documentation
- Comply with local laboratory management regulations and relevant quality system requirements
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant laboratory experience
- Familiar with laboratory testing procedures and routine instrument operation
- Understanding of GMP, ISO, and other quality management systems
- Must hold a valid Medical Laboratory Technologist registration under the Allied Health Profession Act
- Detail-oriented, with strong professional ethics and awareness of laboratory safety
- Strong communication skills, responsible, and a good team player
- Mandarin Speaker
