Medical Manager MYSG

Job Description

• Oversee medical affairs for Malaysia and Singapore (MYSG) while managing a team.
• Act as the main liaison for HCPs, medical societies, regulators, and academia, ensuring strong relationships.
• Uphold scientific integrity, compliance, and independence in all medical and scientific activities.
• Lead and ensure the consistent execution of medical initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide scientific expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement medical strategic plans aligned with the business.
• Gather and contribute medical insights to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with medical goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) (preferred), or a science-related degree such as Pharmacy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs.
• Prior people management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
