Medical Nurse / Assistant | Bukit Jalil

The company provides a comprehensive range of health screening and full body medical check-ups in Malaysia for both men and women, consisting of a series of tests done to identify patients risks of developing a specific disease. Currently, they are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) / Medical Assistant to join their dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a positive patient experience.

• Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and document patients condition and response to treatment.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care.

Well-trained in draw blood and administering IV drips.

• Coordinate closely with the lab to address any patient inquiries regarding additional Blood screening.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities.

• Requirements:

Valid APC license

• Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant

Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in patient care.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in a specialized area of nursing practice

• Experience with basic computer data entry

BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications
