About the Role :
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Medical Sales Representative to promote and grow our product portfolio across private hospitals, GP clinics, and pharmacies. You will manage an assigned territory, engage healthcare professionals through product detailing, and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and detail assigned products to doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve sales targets and grow market share within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in private hospitals, GP clinics, and pharmacies.
- Conduct product presentations and scientific detailing sessions.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide market insights.
- Execute sales and promotional activities based on company strategy.
- Prepare timely sales reports, customer updates, and activity plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong scientific knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Selfdriven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
