Role Description This full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role is based in Petaling Jaya. The person in this position will promote and explain EsperMed's medical products to healthcare professionals, conduct product presentations, and build long-term relationships with clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. Daily activities include visiting customer sites, identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, and providing timely responses to inquiries. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective product positioning. The Medical Sales Representative will work towards sales targets while upholding high ethical standards and supporting evidence-based medical practice.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging healthcare professionals and supporting clients.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, mechanisms, and clinical evidence.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with evidence-based medicine.
- Candidates should have a diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, nursing, or business) or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Candidates with a valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory will be preferred.
