Role Description
- Identify and develop business opportunities within assigned market.
- Implement and execute effective sales plans for General Practitioners (GP).
- Promote and sell the company's product portfolio while strengthening brand presence.
- Maintain strong product and disease knowledge to provide appropriate recommendations.
- Handle customer objections and challenges professionally.
- Achieve sales target and collection timelines.
- Attend sales event or congresses as required.
- Prepare and submit sales reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Possess a Degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Pharmacy or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales/ pharmaceutical sales or similar role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, engagement, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate, responsible and results driven.
- Good analytical, planning, and fieldwork execution skills.
- Ability to deliver effective sales messages and achieve target.
- Willing to travel as required.
