Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company medical products to hospitals and healthcare facilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and purchasing departments
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical support when required
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Follow up on quotations, tenders, and purchase orders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Work closely with internal teams (admin, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Medical, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant sales experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Willing to travel and visit hospitals regularly
- Possess own transport and valid driving license
- Basic understanding of medical products or willingness to learn
