Role Description This full-time Medical Sales Representative role is based in WP. Kuala Lumpur and follows a hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of on-site visits and work-from-home flexibility. The role involves promoting and selling orthopedic medical products to surgeons, hospitals, and clinical decision-makers, while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Day-to-day activities include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, providing technical and clinical information, and supporting customers with order placement and post-sales follow-up. The Medical Sales Representative is also responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Regular reporting, territory planning, and participation in medical conferences or training sessions are part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product promotion, and consultative selling.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with surgeons, hospital staff, and internal stakeholders.
  • Foundational knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy to understand clinical needs and explain product benefits accurately.
  • Proven ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time independently, and prioritize multiple accounts and tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, biomedical engineering, or business) is preferred.
  • Previous experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales is an advantage.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, basic data analysis, and preparing clear sales reports.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
