As we continue to expand our sales team, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Medical Sales Representative who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and developing a career in the healthcare industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell orthopaedic trauma medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals, and business partners.
- Provide product presentations and technical support during surgeries when required.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on sales enquiries, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Travel to hospitals and clinics as required.
Requirements
- Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of sales experience are an advantage.
- Professional Mandarin proficiency is strongly preferred, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Possess a valid driving licence and reliable transportation.
- Willing to travel to hospitals and clinics.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing sales environment.
