JOB DESCRIPTION
Your role would be to uncover the Healthcare Professionals (HCP) needs and to provide suitable nutritional solutions. As their main contact point, you will seek to improve Healthcare Professionals awareness and knowledge for our range of products and to ensure plans and activities are implemented effectively.
Area : Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, or Johor
Responsibilities:
- HCP Engagement to provide necessary information on our solutions offered for the benefit of patients.
- Territory management & coverage HCP visits/calls, government and private business, performance indicators, and review business plans in line with objectives on a timely basis with team leader.
- Market forecast & intelligence maintain and remain updated on market, competitors and other related information.
- Records & Reports Review activities consistently using reports according to the established format and schedule.
- Networking build strong relationships with targeted HCPs and good working relationship with other key departments within the company.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in Medicine /Science related.
- Analytical ability (observe market strategic development and data analysis from reports and planning).
- Excellent customer & time management skills.
- Able to work both independently and as a team, customer focus, self-driven.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in Dietitian or Nutritionist role or equivalent within medical/healthcare environment is an added advantage.
