Role Description
This is a full-time Medical Sales Representative role covering Selangor, Pahang, and Negeri Sembilan, based in Subang Jaya. The Medical Sales Representative will visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities to promote and sell medical equipment and supplies, build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and provide product demonstrations and training as needed. The role involves managing an assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales proposals, and following up on leads to meet or exceed sales targets. The representative will handle customer inquiries, coordinate with internal teams on orders, delivery, and after-sales support, and ensure timely reporting of sales activities, market feedback, and competitor information. The position also requires attendance at meetings, product briefings, and occasional events or conferences relevant to the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
-Promote and sell life-saving medical equipment, including critical care, emergency, and patient monitoring solutions to hospitals and healthcare facilities
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams
-Identify new business opportunities and actively expand the customer base within both public and private healthcare sectors
-Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical training for end users
-Prepare quotations, proposals, and participate in government and private tender submissions
-Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall company growth
-Provide after-sales support, ensuring optimal product performance and high customer satisfaction
-Stay updated on healthcare regulations, industry trends, and competitor activities
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
-Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
-Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
