Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales and promotional activities on daily basis to create awareness and demand for Unimed's range of products covered by Specialized Hospital Division (i.e. Oncology, antivirals, radiology).
- Achieve/exceed allocated sales targets set by the company consistently through effective and efficient promotional and marketing activities in the assigned zone.
- Proactively act to understand customer needs, conduct market surveys, identify solutions, and actively creates sales opportunities with existing clients to grow the market share.
- Actively target and build up relationship with new clients.
- Monitor and conduct collection in the assigned zone.
- Maintaining a good understanding of product knowledge for the assigned portfolios.
- Implement action/marketing plans and strategy laid out by the company for assigned zone.
- Work under guidance of Sales Manager and Medical Team to define sales strategy/plans for the product portfolios.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Degree in Science or Medical related discipline.
- At least one (3) year solid working experience in in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry is an added advantage.
- A good understanding and experience on oncology or biologic/biosimilar portfolio is an added advantage.
- Quick learner and possess good understanding on medical related subjects.
- Must possess own car with valid driving license and willing to travel extensively.
- Possess good communication skill both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia with confident nature, positive, responsible with ability to work independently.
- Computer literate with strong administrative abilities.
- Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Working zones: Zone 1: Penang, Kedah | Zone 2: Perak | Zone 3: Kelantan, Terengganu | Zone 4: Melaka, Negeri Sembilan.
