The Medical Sales Specialist role at Neomedix is a full-time, on-site position based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with medical professionals, promoting and selling orthopedic products to hospitals and clinics, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. Additional tasks involve delivering product demonstrations, educating healthcare providers, and supporting after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Medical Sales and Hospital Sales processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with healthcare professionals effectively
• Basic understanding of medical and orthopedic concepts to support product expertise
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and demonstrate effective presentation skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Previous experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Healthcare is advantageous
