Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Celebrity Fitness Sunway Pyramid for a Membership Consultant. The Membership Consultant will identify and convert potential members, provide exceptional customer service, engage with walk-in clients, and promote memberships to a diverse client base. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining a strong member database, and contributing to the overall growth of the fitness club. The consultant will also work closely with team members to ensure an outstanding experience for all members.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Membership Sales and understanding of membership acquisition strategies.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with members and prospects.
• Proven experience or knowledge in Sales with demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed targets.
• Passionate about fitness, self-motivated, and results oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
