Mendix System Analyst

Position: System Analyst

Location: Bangsar South, KL.

Contract Duration: 12 months

Salary: RM 8,000 (MAX)

Priority: Immediate or short notice candidates preferred

Role Purpose

We are looking for a System Analyst to analyze business workflows, design automated processes using Power Automate, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient, functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze, map, and optimize business workflows across departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Automation Development

• Design, build, and maintain automated processes using Power Automate.
• Troubleshoot, test, and ensure smooth rollout of automated processes.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Document workflows, processes, and application logic for internal teams.
• Stay on top of automation and low-code trends to suggest improvements.

Optional

• Develop low-code applications and workflow solutions on Mendix.

Requirements

Experience

• 5+ years in system analysis, business process mapping, or workflow automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate.

Skills

• Good grasp of business process documentation and requirement gathering.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to low-code platforms like Mendix.
• Knowledge of SQL, SharePoint, or other Microsoft 365 apps.
• Experience integrating applications via APIs, connectors, or custom scripts.
