DATA CENTER CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
SELANGOR | JOHOR
- Lead the M&E team/ work planning and execution across all project stages.
- Manage and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical and ELV systems including HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, HV/ELV, UPS, Gensets, BMS, Security Access and ICT systems.
- Coordinate M&E works to ensure compliance with design, performance standards and data center requirements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and sub-contractors on technical and commercial matters.
- Review drawings and resolve M&E design issues to ensure smooth site execution.
- Ensure proper integration of M&E works with C&S and architectural trades.
- Lead testing and commissioning of all systems and ensure readiness for handover.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in M&E construction field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hyperscale Data Center construction experience is a Plus.
