We're building a new lifestyle merchandise brand from the ground up, and we're looking for someone entrepreneurial, creative, and resourceful to lead the charge. If you love creating products, building brands, and bringing ideas to life, this role gives you full ownership to shape something exciting from zero.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Merchandising
- Develop new product concepts, source suppliers/manufacturers, and manage sampling and production quality.
- Execute basic product design or collaborate with designers to ensure products match brand identity and customer demand.
Brand Building & Marketing
- Build and manage the brand's online identity, social media presence, and digital marketing strategy.
- Create content, promotional assets, ad campaigns, and collaborations to grow engagement and brand visibility.
E-Commerce & Sales
- Set up and manage e-commerce stores and POS systems for retail or events.
- Optimise online sales funnels, product listings, and customer experience while tracking performance for growth.
Events & On-Ground Activation
- Plan and execute branded events, pop-ups, and booths, including logistics and on-site sales.
- Coordinate vendors, partnerships, event teams, and represent the brand professionally on-ground.
Qualifications
- Strong interest or background in merchandising, product development, or brand creation
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, and ads
- Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Able to go from idea design supplier production launch
- Good eye for design, trends, and customer behaviour
- Thrives in startup-style environments
- Bonus: experience with apparel, lifestyle products, or merchandising
