Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Daily update to key stakeholders on any development and changes both internally and externally regarding merchandising.
  • To work closely with assistant manager on merchandise issues like stock allocation, replenishment, buying budget, delivery and etc.
  • Provide analysis on costs, new and existing, and review cost reduction activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and market suppliers.
  • Coordinate product analysis and prepare reports. Analyse merchandising requirements with the team.
  • Elevating issues and suggesting alternative to the team.
  • Deliver ad-hoc requests related with merchandising to serve business needs.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • 3 years of work experience preferred, ideally in e-commerce or high-growth industries.
  • Experience in business and data analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Good communication skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders concurrently.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently.
