Job Description

Job Responsibility

Daily update to key stakeholders on any development and changes both internally and externally regarding merchandising.
To work closely with assistant manager on merchandise issues like stock allocation, replenishment, buying budget, delivery and etc.
Provide analysis on costs, new and existing, and review cost reduction activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and market suppliers.
Coordinate product analysis and prepare reports. Analyse merchandising requirements with the team.
Elevating issues and suggesting alternative to the team.
Deliver ad-hoc requests related with merchandising to serve business needs.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
3 years of work experience preferred, ideally in e-commerce or high-growth industries.
Experience in business and data analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI.
Good communication skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders concurrently.
Project management experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently.
