Description

The Merchant Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition and managing relationships with existing partners in the Southeast Asia region. This role focuses on enhancing merchant engagement and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new merchant partners in the Southeast Asia region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to understand merchant needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement merchant programs and promotions.
• Provide support and training to merchants on product offerings and sales strategies.
• Analyze sales data and merchant performance to identify growth opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with merchants and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Understanding of sales processes and techniques in a B2B environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a MUST.
