MES Engineer

Work Duties

- Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of production-related systems, including upstream and downstream processes, document systems, equipment, and quality modules. Ensure 24/7 system stability, timely issue resolution, and user support.

- Act as the interface with business departments to gather and manage production-related requirements. Propose solutions on appropriate platforms and lead the full lifecycle of requirements, including task creation, review, testing, release, and post-implementation support.

- Develop user manuals for production-related systems and provide training to key users.

- Support system capability development for new processes and platforms, including system design, validation, production line setup, network and server planning, and follow-up on implementation.

- Perform regular backend system checks, plan data archiving strategies, and support overall planning for new factories and sites.

Handle other tasks related to the department or as assigned by management.

- To comply with the company Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures, and to participate in EHS programs and training as required.

Work Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, candidates with strong experience and capabilities may be considered with a diploma qualification.

- At least 3 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of large-scale production systems, or at least 1 year of system design experience.

- Proficient in SQL (CRUD operations), basic database table design, and familiar with C# programming. Candidates with strong business understanding and programming skills are preferred.

- Proficient in using design tools such as Axure.

- Strong learning ability and sense of responsibility; able to work collaboratively to solve complex problems. Hardworking, resilient, and willing to take on challenges.

- Able to work in Serendah, Selangor.
