The Role:

We're looking for an experienced professional with hands-on knowledge of Meta's advertising billing and credit operations to join us in a part-time consulting capacity. You'll advise our team on best practices for credit line management, billing operations, and navigating Meta's financial processes on behalf of our clients.

What You'll Do:

Advise on Meta's payment, credit line application and approval processes

Help optimise our billing and payment operations across multiple ad accounts

Provide guidance on entity verification, credit assessments, and monthly invoicing setup

Share insights on Meta's O2C processes and how to work effectively within them

Support our team in resolving billing issues and improving client onboarding

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in billing, credit, payment or collections operations related to Meta's advertising platform

Familiarity with Meta's monthly invoicing/credit line processes

Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, ideally within a BPO or shared services environment

Experience with tools such as SAP, chargeback management systems, or Meta's internal billing platforms

Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex processes clearly

Nice to Have:

Experience at Accenture, Teleperformance, Cognizant, or Genpact working on tech platform accounts

Knowledge of credit risk assessment and entity verification processes

Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and ad account structures
