The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.
What You'll Do
- Support Manufacturing System Engineers (MSE) in developing and optimizing business processes and project management activities, leveraging knowledge of Manufacturing 6S, Lean Six Sigma, PSDM (Problem Solving & Decision Making), and project management methodologies.
- Contribute to MSE People System initiatives, including workforce planning.
- Gain exposure to hiring coordination in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
- Develop and maintain active and progressive working relationships with all team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.
- Perform any other tasks and duties as required.
Who We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in computer-based data systems, applications, and Office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to work in both cleanroom environments and office settings.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
