What will be your task:
- Setup, maintenance, and analysis of the fixtures for Functional tests, analyze and resolve issues found during production testing or mass production.
- Conducting compatibility tests, ensuring conformity with automatic or semi-automatic production requirements.
- Receive, introduce, and transfer of new products, receive RD or other site documents and data related to functional tests.
- Optimize production technology, review and introduce ECR/ECO/ECN.
- Support and assist with vendor technology.
- Leading and training technicians.
- Monitoring function test status. Improve test yield.
- Analysis of fixture issues in functional testing
What you must have to apply:
- Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Electronics) or a related field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the electronics industry, especially in PCBA processes, will be a plus.
- Extensive experience in providing technical support for test fixture diagnosis, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting data in a detailed and professional manner to all levels of the client's engineering department.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning.
- Proficient in computer operation and Microsoft Office.
