Job Overview

We are looking for a high-potential Quality Manager to lead the Quality function in a fast-ramping, technology-focused manufacturing plant.This is not a routine quality role. Our plant is ramping aggressively, with volume growth that can double week to week. Customer requirements, engineering changes, and priorities may shift within 24 hours. We need a quality leader who is agile, structured, hands-on, and able to lead through change without losing quality discipline.

Lead The Site Quality Organization Covering

  • Product Quality
  • Signal Integrity Quality
  • Incoming Quality
  • Quality Engineering
  • Quality Management System
  • Customer quality and corrective action
  • Work closely with regional quality leaders, regional manufacturing counterparts, and key stakeholders.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Can

  • Drive quality performance during aggressive production ramp
  • Lead fast containment and disciplined 8D / corrective action
  • Build strong quality gates and inspection discipline
  • Improve yield, reduce defects, and strengthen customer confidence
  • Work effectively with Operations, Engineering, Program, Supply Chain, and Production teams
  • Build a culture of early escalation, no-blame problem solving, and data-driven improvement
  • Be open to job rotation for career growth

What Your Background Should Look Like

  • Manufacturing quality leadership experience
  • Electronics, cable assembly, connector, EMS, automotive electronics, or high-precision manufacturing background
  • Knowledge of 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, CAPA, Pareto, and audit management
  • Exposure to signal integrity, high-speed interconnect, RF, test engineering, or data center hardware will be an added advantage
  • Experience working in a multinational and fast-paced ramp environment
  • This role is suitable for a quality leader who is technically curious, resilient under pressure, and ready to build a strong Quality organization during a critical growth phase.
  • Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 7-10 years or more years of experience.
