Position Summary
This position is a people manager role that plays a vital role within the Major Module Remote Factory with core responsibility to get the Finished Goods delivered as per plan. Incumbent must work very closely with Strategy Commodity Managers and Master Schedulers for Major Module products on the forecasting and planning process to ensure internal KPI, goals and projects are accomplished and aligned with business objectives and Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Portfolio also includes developing integrated project plans for business process improvement, including implementation schedule, end user coordination and all necessary information requirements of a project and/or Finished Goods related initiatives.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Play a people manager role, in optimizing supply chain operations activities, reducing costs, improving team efficiency, process optimization, supplier management, and risk mitigation to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.
- Cascade and translate company goals/objectives to department KPI performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze SBM & supplier performance metrics to ensure execution efficiently & effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions towards company goal/KPI set.
- Lead & collaborate with cross-functional teams and supplier, driving process/system improvements, and change management initiatives to enhance supply chain operations capabilities and performance towards business objectives.
- Identify potential risk/problem/root cause to work on continuous improvement and long-term solutions
- Provide leadership and mentorship to subordinates, fostering a culture of continuous learning, development, and collaboration within the team.
- Ensure operations practice/process compliance with procedures, maintaining documentation and records, as necessary.
- Presenting regular updates on KPI result and recommendations of continuous improvement to next level stakeholders.
- Drive sustainability on subordinate & supplier responsibility initiatives, promotes Lam core value and ethical culture with positive environmental stewardship, and responsibility practices.
Qualification And Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent knowledge of logistics program management including previous experience working with supply chain and a thorough understanding of best practices.
- SAP knowledge is a MUST
- Highly competent communicator who can successfully interact with cross functional teams, sponsors, management and business partners
- Proven ability to identify project objectives and project approach to achieve business needs
- Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint
- Some travel will be required.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
