The successful candidate will support and enhance EMEA Business Central/MS Dynamics NAV within a global ERP framework. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all stages of the Business Central application life cycle.
- Providing user support, resolving helpdesk tickets, and maintaining documentation.
- Developing features, handling change requests, and performing bug fixes.
- Gathering requirements, designing scope, and supporting implementation projects.
- Working with CAL/AL languages and understanding Business Central architecture.
- Supporting ERP integrations with third-party applications and collaborating with the BI team.
- Engaging with global users, external consultants, and international stakeholders.
- Participating in post-deployment support, maintenance, and global NAV initiatives.
The role requires a hands-on approach, combining both functional and technical expertise in ERP systems.
