# Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant (Mandarin Speaking)

## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced **Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant** to provide functional application support for customers across the APAC region. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in **Finance, Inventory Costing, and Supply Chain Management (SCM)** who enjoys troubleshooting complex functional issues, supporting business users, and delivering exceptional customer service in an SLA-driven support environment.

## Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customers across APAC.

- Manage and resolve support incidents within agreed SLAs, performing root cause analysis and providing timely customer updates.

- Support Finance modules including:

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Bank Reconciliation

- Customer & Vendor Reconciliation

- Fixed Assets

- Cash Management

- Financial Reporting

- Month-End & Year-End Closing

- Troubleshoot financial posting issues, reconciliation discrepancies, and period-end processing challenges.

- Support Inventory and Supply Chain processes, including:

- Inventory Management

- Inventory Costing

- Cost Adjustment

- Inventory Valuation

- Item Ledger Entries

- Procurement & Purchasing

- Sales Order Processing

- Warehouse Operations

- Prepare support documentation, knowledge articles, and FAQs to improve customer experience and reduce recurring issues.

- Conduct user guidance and training where required.

- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues appropriately.

## Required Skills & Experience

- 6-7+ years of experience supporting **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central** or **Microsoft Dynamics NAV**.

- Strong functional knowledge of Business Central Finance modules.

- Hands-on experience supporting:

- AR, AP & GL

- Bank Reconciliation

- Customer & Vendor Reconciliation

- Month-End & Year-End Closing

- Financial Posting & Validation

- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

- Experience supporting Inventory Management, Inventory Costing, Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse, and Supply Chain Management.

- Proven experience working in an Application Support, Managed Services (AMS), or Production Support environment.

- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

- Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with ticketing systems and SLA-driven support.

## Mandatory Requirements

- Fluent in **Mandarin and English** (spoken and written).

- Comfortable supporting Mandarin-speaking customers via calls, emails, and support tickets.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Certification is an advantage.

- Experience supporting customers across Greater China, Singapore, Malaysia, or the wider APAC region.

- Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, Power Automate, or Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
