Microsoft Modern Work & Copilot Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft Modern Work & Copilot Consultant to support both pre-sales solution consulting and post-sales project delivery.

The role will work closely with our Sales, Technical and Project teams to design, demonstrate, implement and successfully deliver Microsoft Modern Work and AI solutions to customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the customer journey from solution discovery and proposal through implementation, adoption and project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting

Work with Sales to understand customer business and technical requirements.

Conduct customer discovery sessions and technical assessments.

Design Microsoft Modern Work and Copilot solutions.

Prepare solution architecture, scope of work (SOW), BOM and technical proposals.

Conduct product demonstrations, workshops and Proof of Concept (POC).

Support RFP/RFQ/tender responses and technical presentations.

Provide technical recommendations and effort estimation for projects.

Translate business requirements into practical Microsoft solutions.

Project Implementation & Delivery

Take ownership of technical project delivery after sales closure.

Develop implementation plans, project scope and technical documentation.

Configure, deploy and migrate Microsoft 365 environments.

Manage projects involving:

Microsoft 365

Microsoft Teams

SharePoint Online

OneDrive

Exchange Online

Microsoft Intune

Entra ID

Microsoft Purview

Microsoft 365 Copilot

Copilot Studio / Agents

Power Platform where applicable

Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timeline and customer expectations.

Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and deployment.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project handover.

Copilot & AI Adoption

Assess customer readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Advise customers on data readiness, security, permissions and governance before Copilot deployment.

Conduct Copilot workshops, use-case discovery and adoption programmes.

Assist customers in identifying high-value AI use cases.

Support Copilot agent development and deployment where required.

Drive user adoption and demonstrate measurable productivity improvements.

Customer Success

Conduct administrator and end-user training.

Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer.

Monitor customer adoption and identify opportunities for solution enhancement.

Work closely with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft 365, cloud consulting, system integration or Modern Workplace solutions.

Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and Entra ID.

Good understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI governance and data security.

Experience in customer-facing technical consulting and project delivery.

Able to conduct presentations, demonstrations and technical workshops independently.

Strong documentation and project management skills.

Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
