Job Description

About the Role

Provide operations support, implementation, support and communications for Middleware infrastructure, Install, configure and upgrade middleware. Middleware administration for service request, change and reconfiguration. Involve in incident management with immediate troubleshooting, action and resolution.

Responsibilities

Plan, broadcast and apply middleware security patch and hardening.
Attend to audits and regulatory compliance matters.
Participate in data center shutdown and business disaster recovery activity.
Maintain middleware inventory and keep track on the updated and outdated middleware (including runtime) versions.
Improvise the existing middleware team process and procedures.
Join in various meetings that requires the middleware team involvement.
Assess on new middleware that will be on boarded into the team support.
Write and update documentations related to middleware administration.
Communicate to the stakeholders on the recommendation to ensure middleware will run better and without critical problems in future.
Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Qualifications

We are looking for people who Experience in system/middleware administration, infrastructure operations with exposure to security compliance with any middleware stated below.
