About:We're looking for a skilled Middleware / API Integration Developer to design and implement secure, reliable integrations within our fintech platform. You'll build the core infrastructure that enables seamless data flow across services and systems.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in backend development, fintech integrations, secure API communication, and working in high-availability, high-throughput production environments where system uptime, performance, and resilience are mission-critical.
Responsibilities
- Develop middleware to connect between multiple services
- Build and maintain secure, scalable APIs for internal and external use
- Implement data transformation and routing between systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Handle authentication and authorization flows (OAuth2, TLS)
- Design for fault-tolerance, retries, and webhook/event processing
- Monitor API usage and maintain robust logging & observability
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development or API integration
- Experience with Python, Go, or Java
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data flows
- Familiarity with OAuth2, token management, and encryption best practices
- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) or task queues (Celery)
- Hands-on experience withRedisfor caching or background job handling
- Proficient in deploying and managing services onAWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD workflows
